The experts at the clinic are attached to and perform procedure in one of the most well equipped and prestigious hospital of Delhi where there is a opportunity for the younger/budding doctors interested in sports medicine and surgery to spend time with faculty not only from the clinic but also other eminent surgeons of Delhi and India. There is a constant interaction programme with national and international faculty where in the pioneers in the field of  orthopedics and sports medicine visit us and perform the expert procedure and discuss with all interested medical fraternity to improve knowledge and skills of all.

   Once every year a National level Conference on ports medicine and associated issues is held on 3^rd Sunday of March every year wherein experts from all over India come together to demonstrate skills in arthroscopy-sports medicine and other allied subjects. the workshop is a two day event as was on 17^th  and 18thmarch 2007.1^st day is a CME on topics for sports physicians where topics on sports medicine and injury are discussed and debated at length with the experts. Day two is on sports injuries related to one of the region ,like 07-was basic shoulder & 06-was basic knees. Here experts from all over India share their experience regarding condition (injury) of that region in sports persons. There is a live surgery for one of the condition performed by expert surgeon taking the delegates through the difficult step-one by one.
